Terms of Service
Draft for legal review · version terms-2026-10-b
These terms govern your use of Indevaro. They are a draft prepared for legal review and will be finalised before Indevaro is offered publicly. Please read them together with the Privacy notice, which describes what data Indevaro stores and how you can export or delete it.
1. Who provides Indevaro
Indevaro (“the service”) is provided by LimitWaste Sp. z o.o. (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at contact@indevaro.com.
By creating an account, or by using the service, you accept these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you confirm that you may accept these terms for it.
2. What the service is
Indevaro is a workspace for the business around your apps. It stores the context of your apps, monitors keyword positions in the App Store, imports data from the accounts you connect, helps you plan actions and records what happened afterwards.
Indevaro reports measurements and comparisons. It does not promise any ranking, download, install or revenue result, and it does not establish that one event caused another. Where a case or a verdict shows two things in the same period, it describes that period and nothing more.
Values shown in the service carry a label describing where they came from — measured, taken raw from a provider, modelled or inferred. Information we do not have is shown as unknown, not as zero.
3. Your account
You need an account to use the workspace. You are responsible for the email address used to sign in, for the people you invite to your workspace, and for what they do in it.
You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you must not use the service if we are barred from providing it to you.
While Indevaro is in beta, access may be limited to invited accounts, and features may change or be withdrawn.
4. Plans, trial and payment
Plans and the allowances they carry are described on the pricing page. The allowances that limit your use — apps, active keyword monitors, daily measurements and history — are enforced by the service itself.
A new workspace starts on the Free plan, which costs nothing and has no time limit. A workspace that started a trial before the Free plan replaced it keeps that trial until its end date: at least 21 days from the moment the workspace was created and, if you saved an expected outcome for an action within those first 21 days, until that work receives its first verdict other than “not enough data”, in no case longer than 45 days from the start.
When a trial or a paid plan ends, the workspace moves to the Free plan. We do not delete your data because of that change: keyword monitors above the Free allowance are paused, the oldest ones keep their slots, and you choose which ones stay active.
On the Free plan, daily keyword measurements and data syncs pause after 14 days without any activity in the workspace, and resume automatically the next time you open Indevaro or your agent calls it. Keyword ranks for the paused days cannot be measured afterwards. App Store Connect keeps importing during the pause, and RevenueCat and Apple Ads catch up the last 30 days when syncing resumes. AI features on the Free plan may also pause until the start of the next calendar month when free usage across Indevaro is unusually high.
Paid plans are sold through Polar, which acts as the merchant of record for the purchase. That means Polar is the seller towards you: it takes the payment, charges and remits any applicable sales tax or VAT, issues the invoice or receipt, and handles chargebacks. LimitWaste Sp. z o.o. provides the service itself. We never see or store your card details.
A plan is billed in advance for the period you choose, monthly or yearly, and renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. The price you are charged is the one shown at checkout. Prices on the pricing page are provisional and may change for new subscriptions; a change to the price of a plan you are already on is announced at least 30 days in advance, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
You can cancel at any time in the customer portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal: your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for, and after that the workspace moves to the Free plan under the rules above.
If you are not happy with your first payment, write to contact@indevaro.com within 14 days of it and we will refund it in full, without asking why. After those 14 days, a paid period that has started is not refunded and the plan simply runs to its end. Statutory rights that consumers have under Polish law and under the law of their own country of residence apply in addition to this and are honoured by Polar as the merchant of record.
5. Your content
The app profiles, plans, materials, keywords, notes and results you put into Indevaro remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service for you: to store your content, process it to produce the features you use, and show it to the members of your workspace.
You are responsible for having the right to submit that content, and for what you publish outside Indevaro.
You can export your workspace data and request its deletion at any time; the Privacy notice describes how.
6. Public reports
Indevaro can build a report for any App Store app from Apple's public listing. Such a report uses public information only; it contains no measurement we purchase and no estimate of downloads or revenue.
A report is published to the open web only when we mark it as listed. Caching a report for performance is not publication.
7. Connected accounts and third parties
You may connect third-party accounts, such as App Store Connect, Apple Search Ads or RevenueCat. We import only the data needed for the features you use, and we do not change anything in those accounts.
Your use of those services remains governed by their own terms. If a provider changes, limits or withdraws access, the corresponding Indevaro feature may change or stop working.
You can disconnect an integration at any time. Disconnecting removes the credential we stored; where the provider also requires it, revoke the authorisation on their side.
8. AI-assisted material
Indevaro can draft text with AI. A draft is a proposal: it is not verified, it may be wrong, and it is not legal, financial or App Store review advice.
You review, edit and approve anything you use. You remain responsible for material you publish, including its compliance with Apple's rules and with applicable law.
9. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another workspace's data, bypass the allowances of your plan, disrupt the service, or use it to break the law or a third party's rights.
Do not resell, redistribute or publish the measurements the service produces for you as a data product, and do not use automated means to extract them beyond the interfaces we provide, including the API and the MCP server.
We may apply rate limits to protect the service and the providers it depends on.
10. Availability and changes
The service is provided as it is and as available. We do not commit to an uptime level, and during the beta we may change, pause or remove features.
Measurements depend on external sources, including Apple. A measurement may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable; when that happens the service shows the gap instead of filling it in.
We will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce what your plan includes.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account.
We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, if the service is being used in a way that harms it or other users, or if we are required to do so by law. Where it is reasonable, we will contact you first.
After termination we keep your data only for as long as the Privacy notice describes; you can export it before you leave.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost revenue, lost downloads, lost rankings, lost data or other indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, or from decisions you take on the basis of what it shows.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. This section is a draft and will be completed under Polish law.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Each version has an identifier, shown at the top of this page, and the version you accepted when you registered is recorded with your account.
If a change materially affects your rights, we will notify you before it takes effect.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by Polish law, and disputes are subject to the courts competent for the registered office of the company in Poland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
